About Me
A Counselor.
A Guide.
A Fellow Traveller.

Welcome!
I'm glad you're here! I believe counseling is about more than navigating life's challenges—it's about discovering hope, finding purpose, and moving toward a more fulfilling life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that everyone has a unique story worth hearing. Wherever you are in life's journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

My Background & Approach
My journey into counseling has been shaped by years of working with people through music, ministry, and life's many transitions. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges, strengths, and stories each person brings.
I hold a Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music from Belmont University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I will also begin my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision in January 2027.
As an Arizona Licensed Associate Counselor, I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive environment where counseling is tailored to each individual's unique needs, helping them navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
